1. Services
WASHA provides mobile car wash services using eco-friendly, rinse-less cleaning methods. Services are provided at the customer's specified location within our service areas.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone
- Payment is accepted via card (Stripe) or cash on completion
- Prices are as displayed at time of booking
- Travel surcharges may apply for outer zones
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Free cancellation: Up to 2 hours before your appointment
- Late cancellation: Within 2 hours may incur a £10 fee
- No-show: Full service charge may apply
- Rescheduling is free with at least 2 hours notice
4. Access & Parking
- Customer must ensure vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
- Please provide any gate codes, parking bay numbers, or access instructions
- If we cannot access the vehicle, a rebooking or cancellation fee may apply
- Street parking: Ensure no parking restrictions during the service window
5. Vehicle Condition
- We take photos before and after cleaning for quality assurance
- Pre-existing damage will be documented; we are not liable for prior damage
- Heavily soiled vehicles may incur an extra-dirty surcharge (+£10)
- We reserve the right to decline service for vehicles with hazardous materials
6. Weather
Light rain does not prevent service. In case of heavy rain or adverse weather, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge.
7. Liability
- WASHA carries £2M public liability insurance
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or cosmetic imperfections
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence
- Personal items left in the vehicle are the customer's responsibility
8. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date
- Skipped washes do not carry over to the next billing period
- Price changes will be notified 14 days in advance
9. Service Areas
WASHA serves Greater London. Zones 1-3 are included in standard pricing. Outer zones (4-6) may incur a travel surcharge of £5-10.
