Our Exterior Wash takes about 30 minutes. Deep Clean is around 45 minutes. Full Valet takes 90 minutes. Premium Detail can take 2-3 hours depending on the vehicle size and condition.

Not necessarily. As long as we can access the vehicle and you've provided any gate codes or parking instructions, we can complete the wash. We'll send you before/after photos when done.

Light rain is usually fine—we can still wash your car. For heavy rain, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge. We monitor weather closely and will proactively reach out if conditions look unfavorable.

Yes. Cancel or reschedule for free up to 2 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a £10 fee. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime.

Yes, we wash vans up to standard Transit size. For larger vehicles or fleets, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe. You can pay online when booking or pay on completion—your choice.

Yes. We document your car's condition before we start. This protects both of us and lets you see the transformation. Photos are sent to you after completion.

We serve most of Greater London. Zones 1-3 have no travel fee. Zones 4-6 may have a small surcharge (£5-10). Enter your postcode on our Service Areas page to check.
